Zero-Infrastructure Security

No servers. No logins. No new infrastructure to secure. Runs entirely inside your existing Google Workspace™.

Your Data. Your Workspace. No New Infrastructure to Secure.

LitiGator runs entirely inside your existing Google Workspace. All client data stays in your Google Workspace. LitiGator’s servers and employees do not see or access your client data. The only external component is a license validation server — no client data is sent or stored. Every security control your firm has already configured — MFA, SSO, DLP, device management, audit logging — applies automatically to LitiGator data.

Your IT team already evaluated Google Workspace. Your firm already signed Google’s data processing agreement. LitiGator operates entirely within that boundary.

Why It Matters

  • No new vendor security review required
  • No new credentials for staff to manage
  • No client data leaving your Google Workspace boundary
  • If LitiGator disappeared tomorrow, your data would still be exactly where it is

Inherit, Don’t Invent

Most legal tech products ask you to trust a new company with your most sensitive data. They spin up their own servers, create their own login portals, and ask you to take their word that it’s safe.

LitiGator takes a fundamentally different approach. Every piece of data stays in your Google Workspace — Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail. There is no external database holding your case data. LitiGator’s servers and employees do not see or access your client data. A lightweight license validation server confirms your subscription — no client data is sent or stored. There is no separate login. No new infrastructure to secure.

Everything Runs in Your Google Workspace

Your case data lives in Google Sheets. Your files live in Google Drive. Your notifications come from Gmail. The only external component is a license validation server that confirms your subscription — it never sees or stores your client data.

What Your Existing Controls Cover

  • AES-256 encryption at rest — Google’s infrastructure-level encryption on all your data
  • TLS encryption in transit — every communication encrypted
  • Multi-factor authentication — hardware keys, TOTP, Google Prompts all apply
  • Single Sign-On — Okta, Azure AD, or any IdP federated with Google Workspace
  • Data Loss Prevention — DLP policies scan LitiGator files like any other
  • Device management — managed device requirements apply
  • Vault retention — legal holds apply to LitiGator emails and Drive files
  • Admin audit log — all file access appears in your Google admin audit log

Key Details

  • Only external call — periodic license validation. No client data is transmitted
  • Emails from your domain — no SPF/DKIM/DMARC issues, no deliverability problems
  • No vendor data storage — we don’t have your data. If we disappeared, yours is unaffected
  • No software installation — nothing installed on any device
